I was hesitant to get a realtor when my wife and I started looking for a house in Fort Myers because I had heard about shady things that are sometimes done in the process. Jeff Zeiler put all of those concerns and worries to rest from minute one. He met my wife and I at the house we wanted to look at and throughout the whole process of closing he went out of his way to be available and proactive in helping us find and get the house we wanted. Anytime I had a question he was there to answer it and/or relay it to the seller. He stayed on top of deadlines and made sure we and the seller were on track. He was 100% on our side and advocated for us and our best interests (with obvious regards to the best for both parties). I immediately felt trust and security and when we closed it was a huge celebration for my wife and I and I felt genuine rejoicing from Jeff too. I can’t recommend Jeff higher.
